在教学楼前面是宽阔的操场，操场的正中心矗立着一座旗台，顺着旗杆向上望，旗杆顶端鲜艳的五星红旗迎风飘扬，每星期一早上，在我们嘹亮的国歌声中，五星红旗缓缓升起，星期五下午，我们高唱国歌，庄严地降下国旗。

操场四周有一排排粗壮的树木，东边是四季常青的松树，南边是高大的槐树，它的年龄比我们还大呢。每当春天，槐花盛开的时候，花香引来了无数小蜜蜂，妈妈说槐花酿的蜜可香甜了。在槐树下，有许多乒乓球案子，每到课间或上体育课的时候，同学们就兴高采烈地去打乒乓球，有些高年级学生还会很调皮地站在案子上摘槐花吃呢。
